We accept payment by PayPal, credit card (Visa, Mastercard and Discover), American Express and any debit card with the Visa or Mastercard logo appearing on the face. All payments must be made online through our secure checkout process.

Secure Checkout Process

To ensure complete security of our customers' information, we do not gather or store any sensitive data on this website (such as credit card information). All payments are securely processed by ecwid, a well respected ecommerce solution provider, through their partnership with PayPal, an industry leader in online payment processing. When you click the 'Confirm Order' button during the checkout process, you are automatically redirected to PayPal's secure checkout page to enter your credit or debit card information. After your payment has been approved, ecwid securely redirects you back to our website where we provide information about tracking your order. Neither PayPal or ecwid share your credit or debit card information with our website. All such data is handled exclusively by the payment processors.

Our payment gateway provider, ecwid, uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer), the standard security technology for establishing an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the web server and browsers remains private and integral. SSL is an industry standard and is used by millions of websites in the protection of their online transactions with their customers.

Transaction Compliance and Trust

Ecwid's payment service is enrolled in TrustWave's TrustKeeper® remote compliance program to validate compliance with the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard supported by all the major credit card associations including: American Express, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, MasterCard International, Visa International and Visa USA.

Based upon information provided by ecwid.com regarding its policies, procedures, and technical systems that process and/or transmit cardholder data, and the TrustKeeper scan of those systems, ecwid's payment service has performed the required procedures to validate compliance with the PCI Data Security Standard.

Shipping Destinations

We ship using the United States Postal Service (USPS) to all 50 States of the United States, as well as Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S Virgin Islands, APO and FPO addresses, and all U.S. territories. All orders are shipped from zip code 75085 (Richardson, Texas).

Please note: We reserve the right to ship orders of $400 or more to the cardholder's verified billing address. If we are unable to verify this address, we reserve the right to cancel the order without notice. We also reserve the right to ship orders of $150 or more with signature confirmation (someone must be available to sign for the package).

USPS service days (Monday - Saturday): If you receive an "order shipped" email when USPS is closed, it means that your order has been processed and will ship out when USPS reopens.

*We do NOT guarantee transit times. Shipping fees are nonrefundable. The transit times listed above are estimates. Actual transit times may vary from the estimates listed above. These estimates do not include the time needed to process, package and drop off your order. Orders are shipped in the order they are received.

Processing Time

Orders are normally processed and shipped within two (2) business days* of receipt. Orders are not shipped during U.S. holidays.

*When selecting Expedited Shipping, you are paying for shorter transit time, NOT shorter processing time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, if you have chosen to register an account the tracking number will be sent to the email address registered to your account. This information can also be viewed when logged into your account at the My Customer Account page.

Please do not be alarmed if the delivery confirmation (USPS version of tracking) for your package has not updated in a few days. USPS delivery confirmation does not update until the package has reached a sort facility or your local post office. There are no updates in between. All delivery issues should be addressed to your local post office.

USPS offers speedy and reliable service at a low cost. However, they can and will occasionally make the mistake of misrouting or even losing a package. Unfortunately these errors are out of our control and we are not responsible for errors or delays caused by USPS.

Store in a cool and dry place. Our products have not been reviewed by the FDA and are not intended to treat, diagnose, prevent, or cure any disease. If you experience any side effects, or possible side effects, stop using the product immediately and consult a physician. Although rare, if you feel ill, it is important to immediately seek medical attention if you experience any of these symptoms. SYMPTOMS MAY INCLUDE: Vomiting, nausea, and/or diarrhea, headaches, troubled breathing, skin paleness, sweating, heart palpitations, stomach cramps, drooling and fatigue.

Our products may contain small amounts of carcinogens normally found in the listed contents. To date, amounts detectable in the contents of DartGrip products are not quantifiable. Some, all, or no carcinogens may be found in trace amounts in our products.

What's in the bottle?

DartGrip products are a proprietary mixture of SD (specially denatured) Alcohol 40, Silica, Methyl Glycol, Phenyl Trimethicone and Cyclomethicone. The ingredients are clearly labelled on each bottle. The formulation of our products and the quantities of each ingredient may vary depending on the intended potency level for each particular product.

Packaging

DartGrip is packaged in ten (10) ml (.33 fl. oz) recyclable, clear PET plastic bottles. The tips are designed to release only a small droplet of our products. The included caps effectively seal the product, preserving its usable lifespan, and are designed to be child-resistant, although not necessarily child-proof. There are about 20-40 drops of DartGrip per milliliter, depending on the opening in the tip and the pressure applied by the user.

Disposal of Empty Bottles

Any bottles that are of no further use should be rinsed out throughly with water, re-capped and disposed of or recycled as normal.
